Data and purposes
Contact and identity information, dates and stay details, payment-related records and legally required guest-registration details. Purposes are booking and operational communication, payment, check-in, compliance and handling complaints. No marketing newsletters or advertising.
Legal grounds
Performance of the accommodation contract, compliance with guest registration and tax duties, and proportionate legitimate interests where relevant to security or disputes.
Recipients and processors
Access is limited to authorised administrators and, as appropriate, OVH hosting, Stripe payments, Resend operational emails, booking platforms and competent authorities including SES.Hospedajes. Any access by Jarvis and international processing arrangements must be verified before final publication.
Identity documents
Only the legally required registration fields are collected; complete identity-document copies and photos are not deliberately retained. Technical backups or provider logs may exist.
Retention
Information is kept while needed to perform the booking and for applicable lodging, tax and legal limitation periods. Unneeded information is deleted or anonymised, subject to documented backup cycles.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability where applicable at reservas@casagalia.es, and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).
Browsing
The website uses OVH resources and may load Google Fonts and images from an external CDN. A technical session cookie and language preference may be stored. See the Cookie policy. Processor contracts and possible international data transfers still need confirmation.
